What you will do
- Provide deskside and remote technical support for laptops, desktops, smartphones, and peripherals.
- Deploy hardware using automated provisioning tools such as SCCM and Jamf.
- Support productivity software including Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and Adobe applications.
- Manage inventory and perform end-user computer setups.
- Ensure software compliance and maintain endpoint protection standards.
- Maintain standard operating systems and handle hardware destruction.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of related experience in technical support.
- Working knowledge of networking topologies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wireless.
- Experience with Jamf, MS Intune, and MDM solutions.
- Flexibility and willingness to be on-call and available, including weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Industry certifications such as A+, ACMT, MCSA Desktop, or MCSE Desktop.
- Experience supporting a global environment.
