TL;DR

What you will do
- Maintain operational status of user environments and ensure proper functioning of operating systems.
- Manage onboarding processes including preparing PCs, handling deliveries, and stock management.
- Diagnose and resolve IT, hardware, and software malfunctions.
- Provide technical assistance and training to users.
- Draft technical documentation.
- Contribute to standardizing IT systems in the context of company acquisitions.
Requirements
- At least one prior experience in IT support role, including internships or apprenticeships.
- Strong interest in systems and applications.
- Familiar with Apple and Mac environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Entra.
- Excellent English language skills; French is a plus.
