What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical support for artists and production teams.
• Assist with onboarding new joiners by setting up accounts and machines.
• Configure and maintain workstations across macOS, Linux, and Windows.
• Manage hardware, software licenses, and user permissions across studio systems.
• Maintain the office tech environment, including cable management and organization.
• Support general IT operations and escalate complex issues when needed.
