What you will do
- Manage and develop customers and key accounts in the Bath & Wellness sector.
- Provide holistic consulting to customers throughout the entire customer journey using a digital mindset.
- Collaborate with customers to maximize sales.
- Analyze potentials and evaluate dashboards/KPIs to develop the assigned sales region.
- Contribute to international and cross-functional sales projects.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration and/or proven sales experience in branded sales.
- Fluency in Polish and English languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software.
- Category B driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Target-driven mindset and commitment to achieving goals.
