Salary: €67,000 – €80,000 per annum

What you will do
- Develop and own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy for the Japanese market.
- Plan and execute large-scale UA campaigns across local networks, reward platforms, DSPs, Game Media, CTV, Google Ads, Unity, and Moloco.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to optimize KPIs, targeting, and bidding to maximize ROAS.
- Drive continuous A/B testing and optimization of creatives and copy to ensure cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with Creative, Product, Localization, Sales, and Data teams to align UA efforts with company goals.
- Manage ad partner and agency relationships while identifying new growth opportunities in Japan.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing with a proven track record.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and UA best practices specifically in Japan.
- Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
- Hands-on expertise with Naver, Line, Google Ads, Unity, and Moloco.
- Familiarity with mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
- Must be based in Tokyo to support a hybrid work arrangement.
