Salary: €67,000 – €80,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Develop and own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy for the Japanese market.
  • Plan and execute large-scale UA campaigns across local networks, reward platforms, DSPs, Game Media, CTV, Google Ads, Unity, and Moloco.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to optimize KPIs, targeting, and bidding to maximize ROAS.
  • Drive continuous A/B testing and optimization of creatives and copy to ensure cultural relevance.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product, Localization, Sales, and Data teams to align UA efforts with company goals.
  • Manage ad partner and agency relationships while identifying new growth opportunities in Japan.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing with a proven track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and UA best practices specifically in Japan.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
  • Hands-on expertise with Naver, Line, Google Ads, Unity, and Moloco.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
  • Must be based in Tokyo to support a hybrid work arrangement.
