What you will do

• Co-lead a cross-functional squad alongside a Product Manager, integrating UX and data perspectives.
• Define technical strategy and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
• Set OKRs and co-lead annual and quarterly planning processes.
• Oversee operational metrics, risk management, and organization-wide on-call coverage.
• Coach, mentor, and onboard engineers to facilitate their professional growth.
• Manage team expenditures (OpEx and CapEx) within budget constraints.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering teams in a professional environment.
• Hands-on expertise with gRPC, GraphQL, Postgres, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and React Native.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tooling, specifically GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
