What you will do

• Lead team to develop and improve hirify.global Elements product using TypeScript, Node.js, and React in secure, tested, performant manner.
• Analyze complex problems, create actionable tasks, and collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders on roadmap and quality.
• Guide team on technical solutions for large-scope issues, code standards, best practices, and delivery of complex features.
• Coach and mentor engineers for career growth while building diverse, transparent team culture.
• Advocate for product quality, security, performance improvements across teams.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Dublin, Ireland required.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams in fast-paced global environments delivering production-quality products.
• Strong leadership in vision-setting, autonomy, mentoring, collaboration; hands-on technical leader with coding skills.
• Deep experience in cloud-native (AWS serverless preferred), microservices, event-driven architectures, design patterns, architectural documentation.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React; REST APIs, TDD, privacy by design, high-performance systems.
• Champion clean architecture, CI/CD, testing, coding standards; experience building developer tools like CLIs, SDKs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Rust, Dart, or Go.
