What you will do

• Support Account Managers in handling National Credit Code (NCC) clients across all states within Country Banking.
• Prepare complex loan applications and execute branch prudential management tasks independently.
• Conduct comprehensive CDD risk analysis, including AML/CTF and KYC requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure prompt and accurate documentation and settlements.
• Monitor loan arrears and manage a portfolio of NCC clients to drive business growth.
• Mentor and coach Relationship Analysts and Associate Analysts within the region.

Requirements

• Degree in a Finance-related discipline.
• Proven experience in banking, finance, or agriculture.
• Strong understanding of AML/CTF and KYC risk analysis.
• Ability to work with sophisticated and complex client structures.
• Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
