What you will do

• Manage end-to-end fund accounting processes including capital calls, distributions, and quarterly/annual financials.
• Provide strategic audit and tax support to venture capital and private equity clients.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the Investor Services software suite.
• Consult with clients to implement and optimize the use of hirify.global’s fund administration platform.
• Mentor and coach junior accountants to foster technical excellence within the team.
• Ensure transparency for founders and LPs by utilizing real-time portfolio data and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of closed-end fund accounting experience.
• Degree in accounting or finance.
• Deep understanding of Venture Capital and Private Equity fund structures including Unit Trusts and Limited Partnerships.
• Proven experience interpreting and applying Limited Partnership Agreements.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a proactive mindset toward adopting AI tools.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
