What you will do
- Lead strategic relationships with Dutch universities, acting as the commercial owner for growth and retention.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process to ensure timely execution and contractual alignment.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive expansion revenue.
- Establish executive alignment through strategic engagement plans and regular touchpoints with key decision-makers.
- Conduct data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI and adoption trends.
- Develop comprehensive account strategies and maintain accurate churn forecasts using risk indicators.
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management experience within a SaaS environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.
- Proven track record of managing a large book of business and achieving assigned quotas.
- Strong understanding of revenue drivers, renewal processes, and expansion opportunities.
- Experience in building multi-threaded relationships, including executive-level engagement.
- Proficiency in forecasting, risk assessment, and interpreting success metrics.
