What you will do

  • Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture early-stage inbound leads driven by outbound efforts.
  • Conduct cold calling to existing Salesforce customers and target net-new logos in the assigned territory.
  • Identify key decision-makers within new accounts through extensive research.
  • Align and collaborate with internal sales account teams to drive closed-won business.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in the business of diverse industrial customers.
  • Excellent business communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • High motivation to achieve personal goals and a clear desire for a sales career path.
  • Fluency in both Korean and English languages.
  • Based in Seoul, South Korea.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Experience in account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into large account lists.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and achieving sales metrics.
