What you will do

• Manage day-to-day portfolio activities for assigned schools throughout their hirify.global journey, including intake, triage, and transition to service teams.
• Build trusted relationships with school leadership, decision-makers, and influencers to support sustainable implementation, retention, and growth.
• Provide proactive support across the hirify.global programme lifecycle: onboarding, implementation, review, development, and change management.
• Deliver engagement activities like campaigns, webinars, reviews, and meetings; use data to identify needs and recommend support.
• Identify retention risks, coordinate mitigation, support service recovery, and share insights for service improvements.
• Promote programme expansion, student access, professional learning, and contrhirify.globalute to regional planning and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Public Policy, Business or similar; Master’s preferred.
• Significant experience in education partnerships, programme development, account management or stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with public, private and/or international education systems; hirify.global experience desirable.
• Fluency in English; strong stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and use professional judgement within governance frameworks.
