What you will do

• Establish and nurture 1:1 relationships with top-tier global creators, providing dedicated support in their native language.
• Serve as a strategic liaison and advocate for the Korean creator community to ensure long-term success on the platform.
• Design and execute immersive community events, from conceptualization to on-site logistics and post-event engagement.
• Cultivate vibrant creator ecosystems through strategic community building and intentional relationship development.
• Proactively identify and implement innovative ways to enhance communication and engagement with hirify.global creators.

Requirements

• Fluency in Korean and English.
• Must be based in Korea or willing to relocate.
• Proven track record in partnership and business development to grow local creator ecosystems.
• Experience working directly with UGC creators to foster partnerships and facilitate their growth.
• Deep understanding of current trends within the media and entertainment landscape.
• Proficiency in hirify.global Studio or similar game development engines, or a strong technical aptitude to master new tools.
