What you will do

  • Perform strategic account mapping to identify key decision-makers in companies with 300-3,000 employees.
  • Execute multichannel outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to secure high-quality discovery meetings.
  • Apply the hirify.global sales methodology to ensure a premium prospect experience.
  • Prepare meeting materials and contribute to sessions with Account Executives.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to team initiatives, sales playbook development, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales or analytical roles.
  • Native French and professional English proficiency required.
  • Strong strategic thinking, account mapping, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence in managing heavy workloads and complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and CRM proficiency.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Lyon, or Bordeaux.
