What you will do

• Respond to customer requests for pricing, delivery times, and samples via phone and email.
• Facilitate pricing promotions and special discounts in coordination with account managers.
• Promote new product introductions and provide basic training to key accounts and channels.
• Provide factual input to Business Units to help define vertical market solution propositions.
• Enter and distribute quotations for special requests to the requesters.
• Identify gaps in sales practices and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or experience in a customer-facing role within an industrial environment.
• Fluency in French and English is a must.
• Must be based in Lyon, France.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and pragmatic approach.
