What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a sales team across renewals, inside sales, business development, and account management.
  • Design and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share in the EMM space.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with partners.
  • Coach team members on advanced sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and provide regular performance reporting to management.
  • Coordinate sales efforts across departments and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • Proven experience in leading sales teams and a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce for tracking and documentation.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-selling environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territories.
