What you will do

• Scout and close new strategic partners such as social secretaries, business federations, accountants, and insurers.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and contract negotiation to performance optimization.
• Drive partner activation by providing marketing collateral, coordinating joint campaigns, and managing communication calendars.
• Track and report on key metrics including member acquisition, generated ARR, and conversion rates to determine partnership ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, product, and sales teams to ensure successful partnership launches.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgium.
• 5+ years of experience in partnership development.
• Full English fluency (written and spoken).
• Native-level proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
• Proven experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong ability to measure the ROI and impact of designed partnerships.
