What you will do

• Drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion for the hirify.global Gold business in the Philippines.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while building long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Represent hirify.global Gold at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Experience in FinTech, financial services, games, or technology.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in BGC, Philippines.
