What you will do

• Manage merchant acquisition and relationships in North Luzon, onboarding new merchants from various industries.
• Build partnerships to drive transaction growth, retention, and satisfaction.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate MDRs and agreements.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Support for seamless onboarding and support.
• Act as primary relationship manager and escalation point for merchants.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify expansion opportunities, and conduct market visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 2–4 years in merchant acquisition, business development, or account management in fintech, banking, payments, or e-commerce.
• Proven track record in closing deals, managing portfolios, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, organized, able to manage regional coverage across North Luzon.
• Willing to travel within North Luzon.
