What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive research to identify high-potential SME sectors and geographic clusters.
• Develop scoring matrices and execute outreach programs to build a qualified prospect pipeline.
• Pitch lending products to SME decision-makers and guide them through the documentation and application process.
• Manage a high-volume sales funnel using CRM to ensure efficient lead conversion.
• Build long-term relationships with SMEs to encourage repeat borrowing and referrals.
• Collaborate with Product and Credit teams to provide feedback on market needs and onboarding friction points.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Relationship Management within Fintech, Banking, or NBFCs.
• Solid understanding of SME lending products (working capital loans, invoice discounting, line of credit).
• Ability to interpret financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets) and tax data to assess SME health.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint or Canva.
