What you will do

• Manage and develop partner-level relationships with top venture capital funds, startup accelerators, and other ecosystem partners.
• Develop strategies to drive adoption of hirify.global models among thousands of startups and ensure they have necessary resources.
• Identify and execute 1:many engagements and events for founders in collaboration with VC firms and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance to startups in 1:1 engagements, partnering with internal technical teams.
• Analyze startup portfolio metrics and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Synthesize product feedback from startups to advocate for improvements in the product roadmap and corporate strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing high-value external relationships with founders and C-level executives.
• Experience as a founder of a venture-backed startup (preferably technical), a VC investor, or early employee at a fast-growing startup.
• Strong technical understanding of AI technologies and the current AI product landscape.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and experience in public speaking.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to London, UK.
