What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the DACH market.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities and key accounts within the region.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships as the primary point of contact.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations to communicate value propositions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the IT or software industry.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to work from the Munich office.
