What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field sales professionals, managing recruitment to performance appraisals and fostering continuous growth.
- Define operational metrics, drive team performance, and provide transparent reporting to executives.
- Cultivate new business, secure strategic partnerships, and support key deal closures for long-term success.
- Foster collaboration across teams including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Represent the company in customer interactions and industry events, staying current on market trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years in new business development sales, with 2+ years in outbound sales management
- Professional B2B SaaS sales background with expertise in transactional sales, methodology, and negotiation
- Experience managing small-medium field sales teams across the full employee lifecycle
- First-line management skills for collaborative, growth-oriented culture
- Excellent verbal and written English and German
- High energy for driving results and exceptional customer experience
