What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field sales professionals, managing recruitment to performance appraisals and fostering continuous growth.
  • Define operational metrics, drive team performance, and provide transparent reporting to executives.
  • Cultivate new business, secure strategic partnerships, and support key deal closures for long-term success.
  • Foster collaboration across teams including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Represent the company in customer interactions and industry events, staying current on market trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in new business development sales, with 2+ years in outbound sales management
  • Professional B2B SaaS sales background with expertise in transactional sales, methodology, and negotiation
  • Experience managing small-medium field sales teams across the full employee lifecycle
  • First-line management skills for collaborative, growth-oriented culture
  • Excellent verbal and written English and German
  • High energy for driving results and exceptional customer experience

  • Experience selling VDR products
