Salary: €60,000 – €90,000

What you will do

  • Identify and secure new enterprise brand partnerships from initial outreach to contract signature.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with CMOs and Heads of Brand across Europe.
  • Leverage agency or media background to navigate complex client internal structures and decision-making processes.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between client requirements and internal delivery teams.
  • Identify and pursue growth and upsell opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
  • Represent the company strategically at industry events.

Requirements

  • Native-level German proficiency is essential.
  • Professional English proficiency is required.
  • Proven track record in a commercial role at a marketing, creative, or media agency.
  • Experience managing or winning high-value client relationships at a senior level.
  • Ability to engage effectively with CMOs, Heads of Brand, and senior procurement.
  • Strong commercial structure in managing pipelines and navigating complex deals.
