What you will do

• Create and implement support plans to reduce equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
• Perform system installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, and hardware retrofits.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and take ownership of problems until resolution.
• Provide technical expertise and hardware consultation to customers.
• Address customer inquiries regarding system operations and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and business trips.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics engineering or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work in Jubei City, Taiwan.
• Ability to work under high pressure and adapt to constant requirement changes.
• Willingness to travel for business as project requirements dictate.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive working attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor test area or with ATE (Automated Test Equipment).
• Experience with handler/prober hardware docking integration.
• On-site support experience at OSAT facilities.
• Fluent English proficiency.
