What you will do

• Develop characterization, production, and wafer sort test programs on Advantest 93K and UFLEX platforms.
• Design tester hardware specifically for high-speed testing.
• Create comprehensive test plans and methodologies to ensure products meet specifications.
• Collaborate with DFT/DFM teams to define and enhance yield and test methodologies.
• Convert test patterns from design simulation environments to ATE format.
• Lead test flow optimization, test time reduction, and the release of production test programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related (5-10 years exp) or Master's degree (3-5 years exp).
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in test program development on Advantest 93K ATE and UFLEX platforms.
• 4+ years of experience in ATE testing, silicon processes, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Proficiency with C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux environments.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
