What you will do

• Gather and analyze information to solve complex problems, adapting the approach as needed.
• Advise on problem aspects to others, including proposals for containments/solutions.
• Lead non-routine service actions, using tools and replacing parts to execute repairs.
• Negotiate machine time windows with customers based on risk assessment to execute procedures.
• Design and deliver customized training programs, acting as a mentor and coach to junior engineers.
• Drive execution and implementation of improvements, involving and persuading stakeholders.

Requirements

• Requires at least a BS degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.).
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is required.
• Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, or electronics, and semiconductor processes, and relevant software.
• Experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Mature knowledge of primary competency and specialized cross-competency knowledge of main/sub modules, product functionality.
• Experience with stakeholder management and affinity with working in a matrix organization.
