What you will do
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize EUV source power and stability to meet manufacturing requirements.
- Diagnose performance degradations in EUV source subsystems, including lasers, droplets, collectors, and vacuum systems.
- Perform advanced root cause analysis (RCA) using system logs, sensor data, and trend analysis.
- Lead technical investigations on high-impact issues and define effective corrective actions.
- Act as a technical advisor to customers regarding EUV source performance and best operating practices.
- Develop preventive maintenance recommendations and technical documentation to enhance global support capability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-2+ years of technical knowledge in EUV Source and Drive Laser systems.
- Familiarity with EUV Dose Control and CO2 performance.
- Legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. Β§ 730, et seq.).
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift model, including both day and night shifts.
