Salary: $140,570 – $220,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and advance engineering practices across all PlayDigital gaming studios.
• Guide Engineering Managers to ensure alignment with technical strategy and best practices.
• Lead cross-studio special projects by coordinating talent from multiple teams.
• Partner with GDK, RGS, and other technology groups to enhance platforms and drive innovation.
• Identify and implement AI engineering initiatives across the organization.
• Act as a key technical consultant and advisor to support decision-making at multiple levels.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the gaming industry with a focus on slots.
• Full-stack engineering background with strong technical depth.
• Proven ability to influence cross-team alignment without direct authority.
• Strong consulting mindset, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the USA.
