Location: Hybrid in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines (at least 2 days per week in-office)

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, and Engineering to align strategic priorities and mitigate risks.
- Identify and accelerate upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive portfolio growth and client retention.
- Drive measurable improvements in client satisfaction by positioning solutions to meet specific client goals.
- Optimize service delivery and internal team practices within the Client Success function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services within SaaS or consulting.
- Experience in capital markets or regulatory technology.
- Proven track record of leading executive-level conversations and building consensus among stakeholders.
- Proficiency in customer success tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Planhat.
- Must be based in Taguig, Philippines to support the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Experience working with clients in Southeast Asia, Australia, or New Zealand markets.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) in regulated environments.
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
