TL;DR

Partner Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business through partnerships and building long-lasting relationships with key strategic partners across the Netherlands and Belgium with an accent on closing high-impact SaaS deals. Focus on value-based, consultative sales conversations and delivering tailored presentations to showcase hirify.global’s data platform.

Location: Hybrid or on-site at our HQ in the Netherlands, with up to 30 days of remote work per year from any EU country. Must be fluent in Dutch and English

What you will do

  • Drive new business through partnerships by identifying and engaging with key strategic partners across the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through a hunter mindset, sourcing new leads.
  • Lead value-based, consultative sales conversations to understand partner and end customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that showcase the capabilities of hirify.global’s data platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and support partners throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Manage and update CRM data (HubSpot) accurately to ensure full visibility into your sales activity.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record in consultative and value-based selling.
  • Native-level or fluent Dutch and professional English skills (French is a strong advantage).
  • Strong ability to build and manage a personal pipeline from scratch.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Having a network within the Benelux IT partner ecosystem is a plus.
