What you will do
- Drive new business through partnerships by identifying and engaging with key strategic partners across the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through a hunter mindset, sourcing new leads.
- Lead value-based, consultative sales conversations to understand partner and end customer needs.
- Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that showcase the capabilities of hirify.global’s data platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and support partners throughout the full sales cycle.
- Manage and update CRM data (HubSpot) accurately to ensure full visibility into your sales activity.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record in consultative and value-based selling.
- Native-level or fluent Dutch and professional English skills (French is a strong advantage).
- Strong ability to build and manage a personal pipeline from scratch.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Having a network within the Benelux IT partner ecosystem is a plus.
