What you will do

  • Manage and grow key distributor relationships through regular business reviews, training, and field engagement.
  • Deliver sales and product enablement programs to improve partner readiness and self-sufficiency.
  • Coordinate solutions across internal teams to identify and resolve partner pain points.
  • Support the development of channel programs, bundled offerings, pricing models, incentives, and rebate initiatives.
  • Strengthen forecasting, Joint Business Planning, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer advocacy programs and key customer engagement efforts.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, channel management, or distributor partnerships.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working across matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Morrisville, North Carolina office.
