Salary: $117,000–$134,000 yearly

What you will do
- Develop and execute the national OEM sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Lead Monthly Operating Reviews to provide executive leadership with visibility into performance and risks.
- Manage the national OEM sales expense budget and ensure financial accountability.
- Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to align sales efforts with enterprise objectives.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics to drive data-based decision-making and forecasting accuracy.
- Foster a high-performance culture and establish consistent operating rhythms across the sales organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline required.
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience, including national or multi-region roles.
- Must be based in the US and able to travel nationally (estimated 40-60% travel).
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
