What you will do
- Create and manage joint business plans with strategic partners, identifying key initiatives and targeted sellers.
- Develop marketing and technological activities to support field initiatives and monitor their execution.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to analyze sales performance, revenue trends, and KPI attainment.
- Develop national and regional market coverage plans to drive recruitment in underdeveloped markets.
- Collaborate with regional sales directors to identify partners within targeted account lists.
- Manage the onboarding process for strategic sellers in coordination with channel managers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Channel Sales with a track record of exceptional achievement.
- Experience managing large, visible, and demanding customer accounts in a complex sales environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
- Disciplined, customer-centric sales process and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and domain knowledge in cybersecurity.
