What you will do

• Coordinate daily operational functions to ensure safety and quality remain top priorities.
• Program, set up, and configure CNC machines to meet department requirements.
• Oversee in-process inspections, document data, and maintain records for process control.
• Manage labor and equipment activities to meet pace requirements while upholding standard operating procedures.
• Identify and resolve process issues promptly, escalating concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Assess team training needs and provide guidance and development support in collaboration with management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in machining or manufacturing.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Franklin, NH facility.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Basic computer literacy, strong communication skills, and solid math abilities.
• Commitment to wearing required PPE and adhering to all safety rules.
