What you will do

• Operate, monitor, and maintain CNC machines according to SOPs.
• Perform daily safety inspections and operate overhead cranes.
• Load and edit machine programs while verifying part accuracy using measuring equipment.
• Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with shop team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Greenfield, IN.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for up to 12 hours.
• English proficiency required for safety communication and reporting.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in machining.
• Post-secondary education in machining.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
