What you will do

• Make minor modifications to CNC programs under guidance to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Setup and operate CNC and manual equipment, ensuring smooth transitions between jobs.
• Perform part inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to address minor design or manufacturability concerns.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and organize tasks within the machining cell to meet production goals.
• Document setups and tooling changes while adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of machining experience working with lathes and mills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Menomonee Falls, WI.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (safety shoes, hearing protection, glasses).
• Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment testing.
