What you will do

• Operate CNC equipment, including lathes and milling machines.
• Monitor multiple CNC machines and auxiliary equipment to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Perform machining tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor.
• Check and document product specifications according to Quality Assurance standards.
• Collaborate with fellow operators and QA teams to maintain high production quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, plug gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and utilize basic math skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Franklin, NH.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
• Must pass background checks and a pre-employment drug test.

Nice to have

• More than 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC lathes and/or milling machines in production.
• Experience replacing and troubleshooting worn tooling.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
