What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC brake presses, punch presses, and lasers to produce sheet metal components.
• Interpret blueprints and routing sequences to ensure parts meet precise specifications.
• Perform machine adjustments and monitor equipment during operation to maintain accuracy.
• Conduct visual inspections of parts for defects and report quality concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Germantown, WI.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass background checks and required pre-employment testing.
• Commitment to safety practices and adherence to applicable laws and codes.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in sheet metal forming.
