Salary: $162,400 - $223,300 a year

What you will do
- Own end-to-end strategy and roadmap for US enterprise product priorities.
- Lead strategic US enterprise programs to set new delivery patterns for large customers.
- Act as the senior US product partner across squads to influence decision-making.
- Translate regulatory changes, customer feedback, and competitive moves into product requirements.
- Partner with Sales, CS, and Solutions on enterprise deals and roadmap commitments.
- Ensure product integrity for the US enterprise surface and resolve root cause issues.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with broad horizontal portfolio scope.
- Deep fluency in the US market for shift-based businesses (regulatory, payroll, scheduling).
- Proven track record of managing enterprise products at scale (multi-thousand-headcount).
- Technical proficiency in API documentation, data flows, and debugging.
- Experience running customer calls with executives and navigating procurement/security reviews.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Background in WFM, HCM, payroll, or HR fintech.
- Experience in restaurant, retail, healthcare, or staffing industries.
- Prior experience as a regional product voice in a globally distributed organization.
- Production AI/ML experience, specifically OCR ingestion and classification.
