Lead Product Manager (Fintech)

Lead Product Manager (Enterprise API): Defining the future of how enterprise developers build with the platform, owning the end-to-end roadmap for B2B partner integration endpoints with an accent on Partner SDK, Developer Portal, and Component Libraries. Focus on governing the full API lifecycle, reducing ambiguity for stakeholders, and mentoring senior product managers.

Location: Must be based in the US and able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. Remote or hybrid options available (East Coast preference), with hybrid hubs in New York, NY or Charlotte, NC.

Salary: $145,000 – $200,000 per year + equity

What you will do

• Manage and mentor Senior Product Managers, guiding their professional growth and team maturity.
• Own the strategy and roadmap coherence for the API and Components squads, including the Partner SDK and Developer Portal.
• Define component architecture strategy, covering versioning, deprecation policies, and contribution models.
• Establish operational rhythms for API stability, latency SLAs, and high-quality developer documentation.
• Partner with Engineering and Design leads on staffing and capability building to ensure resource alignment.
• Synthesize complex inputs into clear direction to reduce ambiguity for teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a strategic product horizon of 12–24 months.
• Proven experience in talent development, coaching, and elevating other Product Managers.
• Deep familiarity with developer platforms, API design, and component library ecosystems (token systems, multi-tenant contexts).
• Experience governing the full lifecycle of enterprise APIs, from endpoint design to migration support.
• Strong skills in conflict resolution and organizational design.
