Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 Annual

What you will do

• Drive the vision, roadmap, and OKRs for the Payment Hub to maintain industry leadership.
• Manage and prioritize the program backlog, focusing on high-value features aligned with enterprise goals.
• Document wing-to-wing payment processes and define business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to remove roadblocks and align on product strategy.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), define quality standards, and develop test plans.
• Lead change management strategies and product release plans across the value chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in payment systems, treasury, or product management.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass a background investigation and drug test.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience leading software development projects.
• Experience with hirify.global’s specific payment products and processes.
• Background in the banking or credit card industry.
• Strong Agile experience specifically in product management.
• Ability to influence others and build consensus in matrixed environments.
