Salary: $248,000—$310,000 USD (for NYC/SF)

What you will do

• Own the payments platform strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee transaction processing, fraud detection, and dispute infrastructure.
• Drive down payment processing costs and expand payment method coverage.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Ops, and Engineering leadership.
• Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing product team.
• Define success metrics and implement rigorous prioritization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product experience, including 3+ years in payments, fraud, or platform roles.
• Deep understanding of authorization, tokenization, gateways, and card networks.
• Ability to balance UX, cost optimization, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong technical acumen for designing reliable, scalable systems.
• Proven experience as a player-coach managing and mentoring PMs.
• Must be based in the US or eligible for relocation to NYC, SF, or SLC
