Salary: $165,000–$186,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead and develop an enterprise-wide team of MRP Buyers, setting clear performance expectations and coaching for growth.
• Design and implement KPI frameworks to measure inventory impact, supplier performance, and execution responsiveness.
• Own enterprise governance of MRP parameters including lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, and ROP.
• Ensure master data accuracy across ERP/APS systems and lead remediation efforts to improve planning logic.
• Partner with IT and Analytics to enhance dashboards, reporting, and planning models for better visibility.
• Manage inventory performance, including turns, excess, and obsolescence, while balancing service levels and working capital.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or Finance required.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, materials planning, or MRP/DRP roles.
• 3+ years of experience in people leadership.
• Deep proficiency with MRP/DRP systems, ERP logic, and replenishment planning frameworks.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with executive-level presence.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MBA or Supply Chain/Operations specialization).
• APICS or equivalent certification.
• Experience with SAP HANA and APS tools like Anaplan.
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
