Business Execution Consultant

TL;DR

Business Execution Consultant: Consulting on and participating in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution with an accent on strategic planning, process improvement, and documentation. Focus on supporting large-scale rollouts like Verint and PEGA, assessing workforce management workflows, and facilitating workshops to drive operational efficiency.

Location: Must be based in Charlotte, NC or Shoreview, MN (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Salary: $51–$55 per hour.

What you will do

• Consult on and contribute to moderately complex Business Execution initiatives and large-scale planning.
• Analyze complex challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Collaborate with client personnel to meet deliverables while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support the rollout of Verint workforce management solutions, including configuration and testing.
• Assist with PowerApps development and PEGA rollout projects.
• Assess current state across Lockbox, ACH, Wires, and Sanction Screening to recommend strategic solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC or Shoreview, MN for hybrid work.
• Strong documentation and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Solid understanding of business functions, policies, and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Background in Project Management.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
