What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
- Generate management reports and address internal department needs.
- Perform periodic analysis of customer engagements to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and service enhancements.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while ensuring successful project completion.
- Assist in special projects and support other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional training.
- Proven experience in customer service or project management.
- Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, PowerBI, or Prezi.
