What you will do

• Prepare engineering reports, plans, specifications, and estimates for water and civil projects.
• Design municipal infrastructure including pump stations, sewer collection, and lift stations.
• Conduct water and wastewater master planning and hydraulic modeling.
• Perform feasibility studies and designs for recycled water and treatment systems.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and support permitting processes.
• Assist with project management, including scope, budget, and schedule control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of seven years of qualifying experience.
• Professional registration (California license preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in water and sewer modeling software such as WaterCAD, InfoSWMM, and Aquanuity.

Nice to have

• Experience with GIS databases and ArcGIS Pro.
• Experience with private and commercial projects, including wineries.
• Business development experience including proposal and SOQ development.
