What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC equipment, PLC-controlled systems, and FANUC robotics cells.
• Install and maintain motors, VFDs, servos, and power distribution systems up to 600 volts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to install, integrate, and commission new production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA safety standards.
• Document system modifications and manage electrical inventory and maintenance schedules.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman license (Wisconsin preferred).
• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems from low voltage up to 600 volts.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and reading electrical schematics.
• Ability to perform LOTO, confined space, and elevated work safely.
• Must successfully complete background checks and pre-employment testing, including pulmonary function and fit tests for respirator use.

Nice to have

• Master Electrician license.
• 10+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• Previous experience programming FANUC robots.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards.
