What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers regarding workplace concerns and policy interpretation.
• Partner with management to address performance and conduct issues, supporting accountability and improvement efforts.
• Conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial internal investigations into complaints and policy violations.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee relations records in compliance with firm practices and legal standards.
• Advise managers on documentation, difficult conversations, and employment law compliance.
• Assist with HR initiatives, projects, and the administration of performance evaluation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of employee relations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Franklin, NH.
• Strong business writing and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and database management.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with high discretion and professionalism.

Nice to have

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
