What you will do

• Coordinate daily work assignments to meet shipping schedules and customer demands.
• Support the supervisor in managing assembly department operations and employee engagement.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems while coordinating with maintenance teams.
• Lead daily tier meetings and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain work areas according to 5S standards.
• Train employees and provide guidance on quality and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.
• Understanding of manufacturing laws, codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to successfully complete background checks and pre-employment testing.
